Mishawaka man sentenced to 78 months for receiving child pornography

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A Mishawaka man was sentenced to 78 months in prison and seven years of supervised release for receipt of child pornography the U.S. Department of Justice announced on Thursday.
After pleading guilty, 52-year-old William McClean was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Damon Leichty.
McClean was also ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution.
According to documents in the case, in 2022, McClean received a visual depiction of child sexual abuse material.
