Mishawaka mayor to deliver State of the City address today

Mishawaka Mayor Dave Wood will deliver the State of the City address at 7 p.m. March 7 in the council chambers.
The theme this year is "Mishawaka Transformations."
Mayor Wood says he will discuss the projects completed in 2015 and the projects planned for 2016.
The event is open to the public and the community is encouraged to attend.
