Mishawaka Parks hosts ‘Derby Day’ May 1

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Mishawaka Parks and Recreation is partnering with Chicory Café to host a free “Derby Day” in celebration of the Kentucky Derby on May 1.

Bring your derby hat and appetite to the Ball Band Biergarten at Beutter Park from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for an evening of contests, drinks, and a live viewing of the Derby.

Masks are required when not eating or drinking and guests are asked to maintain six feet of social distancing at the event.
