A big change is coming to our weather
MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Mishawaka Police are investigating a shooting that happened at a gas station on Edison Road Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the Family Express just after 10 p.m. in reference to a shooting.
When police arrived, they located on victim with a gunshot wound to the leg and began rendering aid.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The victim told police a man he didn’t know approached him and attempted to rob him, reports said.
He was shot during a struggle, reports said.
The suspect left the area before officers arrive. He has not been located or identified.
