Mishawaka Sky Zone reopening on Sunday; customers are not required to wear masks

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – The Sky Zone in Mishawaka announced that they will be reopening on Sunday with social distancing and health protocols in place that follow state guidelines.

The venue will be open from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Sky Zone says they will be increasing the cleaning of all high-frequency touch-points, adding multiple sanitizing stations and will be spraying or fogging the entire building daily.

“So we’re trying to make the guest experience as normal as possible,” Carrie Snyder said, a Managing Partner at Sky Zone Mishawaka. “You know I went to a few places and they only let two people in at a time and while we’re reducing vastly we still just want to make sure that it feels as normal as possible just so we can still have a great guest experience while everybody is here.”

Snyder also commented on how strange yet amazing it is to be reopening.

“Just to be face to face and with our team we’re just so excited,” Snyder said, “and to welcome guests back in the park. An empty park is weird so we just want the life back in the building.”

In order to allow for social distancing, the venue will be open at below 50-percent capacity.

Employees will all wear a face covering and they will perform thorough cleaning procedures.

There will also be markers on the floor to help assist in social distancing.

Although masks are not required, Sky Zone asks that you do what feels right for you and your family.

Certain staff members will solely focus on cleaning the facility throughout the day.

Spraying and fogging will be performed when Sky Zone is closed.

Sky Zone is offering hour-long jumping sessions for 5$ and they will also be doing a giveaway on Facebook.
