Mishawaka traffic disruptions take effect Monday

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Traffic disruptions on two popular Mishawaka roads are slated to take effect Monday.
The intersection of Lincolnway East and Byrkit Avenue will close for utility work at 8 a.m.
The City of Mishawaka says the construction will run through Monday, August 6.
During the closure, traffic will be detoured to East 12th Street and McKinley Avenue.
North Main Street between Jefferson Boulevard and Broadway will also have lane restrictions placed for pavement patching.
The city says both northbound and southbound lanes will be restricted to one lane.
Those who are driving south on Main Street will not be allowed to turn left onto Jefferson Boulevard between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The work is expected to wrap up on Saturday.
