Missing 8-year-old out of South Bend found on Tuesday night

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Kyson Mckel Shorter has been found on Tuesday night around 11:30 pm, according to the South Bend Police Department.
Shorter is safe, according to the department.
