Mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic available in Middlebury

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Health will have a mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic set up at Winnebago Grand Design in Middlebury on July 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This clinic will offer the Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson versions of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Participants ages 12 to 17 are only permitted to receive the Pfizer version.

Anyone ages 12 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive a shot.

Individuals ages 16 and 17 are encouraged to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and can still receive a shot with written or verbal authorization from them as well.
