More than $10K worth of golf clubs reported stolen from local shop

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind.—More than $10,000 worth of golf clubs were reported stolen from a local shop, according to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office.

On December 31, around 9:42 p.m., a glass break alarm was reported at Nick’s Golf Center, reports said.

The store is located on Old U.S. 20 near County Road 1.

Deputies who responded to the scene noticed the security gate had been cut and glass near the rear door was broken, reports said.

It was later reported that over $10,000 worth of golf clubs had been taken from the store, police said.
