Mortgage rates fall to new record low

We have new numbers out this morning on the housing market.
Mortgage rates dropped again to record lows. Freddie Mac reports the average rate for a 30-year mortgage dropped along with the 15-year fixed rate.
The company says the 30-year fixed mortgage is an incentive for first time homebuyers who want lower monthly payments.
