Motorcyclist injured in two vehicle crash on US 12

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. – A crash between a motorcycle and vehicle sends the driver of the motorcycle to the hospital with serious injuries, according to the St. Joseph County, Mich. Sheriff’s Department.

The crash took place at the intersection of US-12 and White School Road on Sunday around 7:49 pm.

According to deputies, a motorcycle was traveling west on US-12 when a car allegedly pulled out of the intersection on White School Road. The two collided with one another.

The 25-year-old motorcycle driver was airlifted to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to deputies. The driver and passenger of the vehicle were not injured.

Speed might have been a factor, deputies said.

This crash remains under investigation.
