Motorcyclist dead following Sunday crash in Elkhart

Officers were called to a vehicle and motorcycle crash at North Nappanee St. and West Beardsley Ave. in Elkhart, just after 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
The motorcyclist, 46, was taken from the scene to Memorial Hospital.
On Monday, the motorcyclist, who has not been identified, died as a result of his injuries.
At this time, drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a contributing factor in the crash.
The crash is still under investigation.
