Clouds clear for another fair weekend
Our threat for severe weather is finished, following Wednesday evening's storms.
However, we'll still see a few scattered showers throughout today, so have an umbrella ready to go. An isolated thunderstorm or two are possible this afternoon.
It's a good idea to wear your rain boots today - there are lots of puddles this morning. Watch for any fallen tree limbs that might still be in the roads this morning for your drive.
It might still feel muggy today, but temperatures are noticeably lower than yesterday, with highs in the lower 80s. What's left of the showers should move out late tonight.
Friday is still pleasant to end the week.
Saturday and Sunday, temperatures are hot again, with highs climbing near 90.
Sunday evening is the next best chance for rain and storms, which could linger into the day Monday.
High temperatures next week are steady in the lower 80s.
Today: Scattered showers. High 82.
Tonight: Few showers. Low 68.
Friday: Partly cloudy. High 84.
Saturday: Mostly sunny. High 88.
Sunday: Mostly sunny. PM storms. High 88.
