Multi-vehicle crash in Cass County

Around 8:30 p.m. Thursday night, Edwardsburg police were called to a multi-vehicle accident on Redfield Road at M-62 in Cass County.
According to Sgt. Kevin English of the Edwardsburg Police Department, a black SUV hit a red car that was westbound on Redfield Road, while a third vehicle was eastbound on Redfield.
Police say four people were taken to the hospital, and one person was airlifted.
At this time, investigators don’t know the severity of injuries, and they do not believe alcohol is involved.
