NASCAR driver Kurt Busch order to stay away from ex-girlfriend

USA Today is reporting that NASCAR driver Kurt Busch must stay at least 100 yards away from his ex-girlfriend.

A judge handed down that ruling Monday.

In addition to staying at least a 100 yards away from Patricia Driscoll's home, he must also maintain an "practicable" distance from her at NASCAR events.

The order is in effect for a year, but Busch can file a review within 30 days.

Last September, Driscoll claims Busch grabbed her throat and smashed her head into a wall.

But Busch says his ex was a paid assassin who could have overpowered him.
