NCAA men's basketball tournament begins Thursday, attendance limited due to COVID-19

INDIANAPOLIS -- There are 68 college basketball teams from around the country in Central Indiana for the NCAA tournament. The tournament will be different this year with restrictions on the number of fans in venues due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
ABC57’s Allison Hayes spoke with Ryan Vaughn, the president of Indiana Sports Corp. about the changes to this year’s tournament.
