New details on Capital Avenue construction

MISHAWAKA, Ind.-- Neighbors are filing a lawsuit over the constant construction on Capital Avenue.
On Friday, INDOT released even more information about the project, they announced the closure of existing State Road 331 between 12th and Lexington Boulevard.
The road will also be closed between Ireland Road and Elm Road School.
All the closures will take place on Monday, with hope that this phase of construction to be complete by the end of July.
