New docks for LimeBikes on the way to South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The City of South Bend addressed making LimeBikes more useful.

Officials announced Monday that they will install new parking docks for the bikes.

This is said to be an answer to the problem of bike riders leaving the bikes around the city after they are done using them.

South Bend’s planning team taking spoke about how useful the bikes are to the city and how people are actually using the bikes.

They also believe these bikes will spark more conversation about bike lanes and even road construction.

One parking dock has already been installed and the city has plans for two more on the way.
