New Elkhart County Prosecutor selected

ELKHART, IN-- Vicki Becker has been selected as the new Elkhart County Proescutor, set to finish the uncompleted term of previous prosecutor, Curtis Hill. According to our reporting partners at the Elkhart Truth, Becker, was picked by GOP precinct committeemen in a 72-22 vote.
The Elkhart Truth reports that Becker does not expect major change when she takes over, and she hopes that she will still continue to do some trial work as well as her new administrative duties.
She is set to take office on January 9th, 2017.
