New Indiana voter registration forms

INDIANAPOLIS — Indiana state officials say they're hoping brand new voter registration forms help curb voter fraud in the next elections.

The new forms will include a receipt for new voters so they can check to see who processed their form.

They'll also help election officials track the activists who signed up new voters.

The moves comes after South Bend's Democratic leader Butch Morgan was sentenced to prison time for a forgery scandal.
