SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Demolition officially got started on the old Mango Café Wednesday afternoon. The building’s site will be host to a future mixed-use development near Notre Dame’s campus.
Three Leaf Development has plans for high-end apartments as well as businesses for the property.
Not only that, the property they’ve chosen is just one minute away from Notre Dame which will give college students new opportunities nearby.
There is currently no thoughts on when the project will be finished.
