New women’s health care facility opening in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. – Heart City Health announced the opening of its newest facility in Elkhart.

The newest Women’s Health office is located on Cassopolis Street.

It will offer OBGYN care, primary care, behavioral health and postpartum care to patients.

Heart City Health aims to provide new care with a focus on lowering high maternal and infant mortality rates in Indiana.

“Indiana has one of the highest maternal and infant mortality rates in the country. This is unacceptable and we think we should do better, starting with the women in our own community,” said Esleen Fultz, CEO of Heart City Health.

The facility will start seeing patients on Tuesday, but a grand opening is scheduled for February 5.
