NEW YORK — A woman accused of faking cancer to get donations was in court Friday.

The New York woman pleaded not guilty. The 21-year-old showed little emotion and didn't speak to the judge.

Twenty-four charges, including fraud, forgery and grand larceny is what she is facing.

For two years, she pretended to have cancer to get donations.

She collected thousands of dollars from family, friends, businesses and cancer charities.
