Niles Courthouse resumes hearings and services

NILES, Mich. – The Berrien County Trial Court in Niles will reopen beginning Monday, November 9th. All hearings and services that were previously being held at the St. Joseph location will return to Niles.
The Trial Court has also made a dashboard on its website so the public can see the availability of a division of the court at any time.
The courts are asking the public to check the availability online before showing up to a courthouse location.
The Trial Court is in Phase 2 of the Return to Full Capacity Plan and is only open by appointment.
