Niles Road Bridge closed for repair in Berrien County

BERRIEN COUNTY, Ind. -- Starting Tuesday, drivers will have to deal with a major road closure in Berrien County.

The Michigan Department of Transportation is closing the Niles Road Bridge until July 20. It spans across I-94.The bridge needs a number of repairs.

Detours will be posted.The work will also require the closure of lanes on I-94 at certain points of the construction.

The total project should be done in mid-August.
