Niles teen in 'sextortion' case back in jail

NILES, Mich. -- One of the Niles teens involved in the 'sextortion' case is back behind bars!

Trey Nichols is charges with contempt of court.  Police say he violated his bond for talking with a 16-year-old girl in person and on Facebook.

Nichols will be back in court on Dec. 9.

Nichols is one of five teens accused of videotaping a 17-year-old girl having sex with one of them, then threatening to post the video on Facebook unless she had sex with the rest of them.

One of the boys, Leon Murphy, has pleaded guilty in the case.  A second, Martise Washington, was found guilty by a jury earlier this month.
