Nine people arrested, two children removed from Marshall County home

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind.—Nine people were arrested on May 15 after officers executed a search warrant at a home in Plymouth.

On May 15, officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, with assistance from the Starke County SWAT Team, Marshall County Police, Plymouth Police, and the Indiana State Police, executed a search warrant in the 4400 block of Lilac Road.

The warrant resulted in officers recovering various narcotics and narcotic equipment and the arrest of nine people and the removal of two children from the home.

All nine were taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Sean Snyder is charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a narcotic drug-enhancement and maintaining a common nuisance.

Julie Snyder is charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine-enhancement.

Melvin Shane Snyder is charged with maintaining a common nuisance, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of marijuana.

Melvin John Snyder is charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine.

Jesse Knepp is charged with maintaining a common nuisance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

Charles Miltenberger III is charged with possession of a methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of a narcotic drug-enhancement.

Brittany Griffin is charged with neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance.

Morgan Smith is charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a narcotic drug-enhancement and maintaining a common nuisance.

Anthony Cromey is charged with unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a narcotic drug-enhancement and maintaining a common nuisance.
