NIPSCO: Expect to save money on this winter's heating bill

MICHIANA -- The cold weather may be returning, but here's some good news! Your winter gas bills may be lower this year!
NIPSCO says customers can expect to see a 7.7-percent drop in their overall heating bills compared to last year.
That's about a $30 decrease, on average. Some people are wondering what the reason is for the price drop.
NIPSCO says natural gas prices have stabilized due to increased domestic production and storage.
