NIPSCO hosts Community Customer Care Center

SOUTH BEND, Ind. --- Utility Provider, NIPSCO, held a community care center event inside the Century Center, Tuesday evening.

These sessions will assist NIPSCO customers to better understand their energy bills, explore energy assistance options, and provide energy efficiency tips.

NIPSCO Communications Manager, Jessica Cantarelli, says, "Our customers have expressed wanting more transparency and more personalized support, so we are here tonight to show that to them. We have different folks in the room being able to make themselves available for people to ask questions about their bills, find out more information about things like delivery charges and how rates are set, and just get some of those questions answered. One of the biggest things that we heard from our customers this year is that they want more transparency, so these customer care center events are our response to that."

If you missed tonight's Customer Care Center, NIPSCO will be hosting two more events in Gary and Fort Wayne from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. local time.
