No charges in Occupy Chicago protests

CHICAGO -- The 92 people arrested in the October Occupy Chicago protest will not face charges. They were arrested in Grant Park for violating the city's park curfew ordinance.

That is the decision a Cook County judge handed down on Thursday. The judge said that the park's curfew ordinance was unconstitutional.

More than 300 people arrested during different Occupy Chicago protests have already reached a deal with the city to do community service.

No word on if those chases will be overturned.
