Fort Wayne Police Department FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- An investigation into the death of a woman at a Fort Wayne fast food restaurant is complete.
The Allen County Prosecutor's Office announced no charges will be filed in connection to the death of 75-year-old Anita Grayson.
Grayson died May 13 after an apparent fight with employees at the Fort Wayne Tim Hortons. According to the Fort Wayne Police Department, surveillance video appears to show Grayson entering the restaurant to address an issue with a drive-in order, which escalated into a fight with two employees. After the fight, investigators Grayson lied on the floor, where she was ultimately found unresponsive.
The cause of death was later determined to be congestive heart failure.
