Nor'Easter causes flooding

SCITUATE, Mass. -- The snow storm that brought blizzard-like conditions to much of the Northeast caused some flooding in parts of Massachusetts.
Low lying coastal areas up and down the coast were even evacuated, as high-tide pushed water inland.
State police are helping with the evacuations, but there have been a few issues.
They are telling any coastal residents who need to get out immediately to dial 911, and they will do their best to get there.
