North Shore Drive closing Monday for electrical work

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – North Shore Drive will be closed from Leeper to Niles avenues beginning November 1 while AEP installs an underground transmission line.
Detour routes will be Michigan Street and Notre Dame Avenue via Angela Boulevard.
The street is expected to reopen at the end of the day on November 2, weather permitting.
