NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- One of the first things to shut down in March of 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic was the world of sports. For months there were no games, and when games returned, there were no fans.
One of the first indications Notre Dame sports would change due to COVID-19 was the cancellation of the Blue-Gold game last year.
