Notre Dame cancels Friday football luncheons, moves pep rally locations

Notre Dame announced it made the decision to no longer have Friday football kickoff luncheons. 

Officials made the decision after an increase in other events with players, which has decreased attendance.

As well as this change, the University is also making changes to its Friday home game pep rally locations.

The pep rally before the Texas game will be held outside the Rockne Memorial Building.

The Georgia Tech pep rally will be at Purcell Pavilion, the Massachusetts pep rally is at the Compton Family Ice Arena, and Navy’s pep rally will be at the Joyce Center Field House.
