Notre Dame Faculty Senate to hold no-confidence vote on university’s president

NOTRE DAME, Ind.—The Notre Dame Faculty Senate committee is planning to hold a no-confidence vote on university president, Father John Jenkins, according to sources at the university.

The vote was originally planned for Tuesday but the chair of the committee said it will likely take place on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.

The vote was planned after Jenkins was seen without a face mask on at the September White House Rose Garden ceremony for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett.
