Notre Dame sports teams win Big East

The Notre Dame softball team just claimed the Big East title. This makes it their 14th conference title in school history.
The Irish ended the final weekend of the regular season tied with Louisville in the Big East standings but won two out of three games to claim the title.
The Women's Irish cross country and track and field team also became Big East outdoor champions.
The men's track and field team finished in second place.
