SOUTH BEND, Ind. - In their second top 20 matchup, following their loss in Paris, Notre Dame Women's Basketball is set to face the Tennesse Lady Volunteers on Wednesday.
The Irish, 5 in 1 and ranked 18th in the country, face a big test ahead.
Head Coach Niele Ivey spoke about respect she has for the Lady Vols and the tough match up ahead.
"They're a [...] gritty, tough team," she said. "They have a lot of balance. They have athleticism, they got great shooters, great rebounder, so it's gonna be a tough matchup and we're excited about it."
The matchup will tip off at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time in Knoxville.
