NYC subway system closed due to flooding

NEW YORK -- New York’s subway system remains closed due to flooding.
Flooding has been a major concern. Waters are at least knee-deep at ground level and rising to much heavier levels underground.
Some officials are saying things should be cleared out and fixed by Monday.
