Obama to build pressure on Congress in new campaign

President Barack Obama will begin a new campaign Tuesday.
He plans to build pressure on Congress to cut the federal debt.
He'll meet with labor leaders, who want lawmakers to raise taxes on the wealthy and guard against slashing health benefits for seniors.
