Observatory level at WTC site opens

NEW YORK — The observatory at the World Trade Center will officially open on Tuesday.
Known as the One World Observatory, the facility will have a restaurant and a theater with interactive features about the history of the site.
Unlike the former Twin Towers and the Empire State Building's deck, there will not be an outdoor deck.
The experience will last about an hour.
It starts with a ride to the top in one of five skypod elevators.
