October 24: 100 Men Who Cook

Saturday, October 24 at the Northern Indiana Event Center.

Check-in and registration begins at 5:00, event begins at 6:00.

Collectively, more than $1 million has been raised through 100 Men Who Cook events across multiple Old National Bank regions to benefit local organizations.
What makes the event so special? Imagine 100 of Michiana’s most notable men (bankers, attorneys, physicians, educators, and business leaders from every endeavor, or anyone who is well known to the public) retreating into their respective kitchens to concoct their favorite dish.

After a careful preparation, the chef creatively decorates his serving station, dons his favorite costume in an effort to entice the crowd of hundreds of friends, family, and fellow community members to have a taste of their specialty cuisine.

The prize: the coveted title of “TOP CHEF” and bragging rights for the next year!

This is not a typical cooking contest. It’s really a popularity contest. The “TOP CHEF” award is actually based on who raises the most money for the Boys & Girls Club through “tips” collected, table and ticket sales, or any other fundraising efforts the chefs can dream up.

For a $75 per person admission price, guests at 100 Men Who Cook will be treated to music, cash bar, live and silent auctions, and all the usual offerings of a gala setting, but at this event they will also have 100 options for their tasting pleasure. They will also enjoy one of the most extraordinary social events of the year. And, it all benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Elkhart.

This is the first time the event has happened in the Michiana area, so be part of something new that is sure to become the talk of the town.
