MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. --The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports an officer with the Argos Police Department located a vehicle with a flat tire in the southbound lanes at US 31 and 17th Road Monday around 4:50 a.m.

The officer stopped and checked on the driver, identified as 23-year-old Christopher White of South Bend, who was found slumped over the steering wheel.

A deputy with the county sheriff's department then arrived on scene to assist.

White was taken to Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content Measurement of .15 or More.

White was issued a $1500 bond.
