Officers file civil suit against city, council and council member

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Four South Bend Police officers have filed a civil lawsuit against the city of South Bend, the South Bend Common Council and Henry Davis.
The lawsuit was recorded on Wednesday.
The four officers are Tim Corbett, Steve Richmond, David Wells and Brian Young.
These same 4 officers were involved in 2 separate lawsuits related to the tape recording scandal.
