Officials help families rid homes of lead paint

ELKHART, Ind. --- In 2011, Elkhart County lead hazard control and the healthy homes program received a $2.5 Million grant.
The group said there is still money left over to fix 50 more homes.
Homes must have at least one child under the age of six.
The grant expires May of 2015.
