Old Bayer complex set to be demolished in December

ELKHART, Ind. –- The demolition of the old Bayer complex could begin as early as December.
Feed the Children owns the million square-foot building.
Officials say they have received several demolition bids, but they still have not chosen a contractor.
The City of Elkhart eventually plans to turn the 26-acre site into a technology park.
