Olive Street Convenience Store owner facing felony charges

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The St. Jospeh County's Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against the owner of a South Bend convenience store. 

On Oct. 3, the South Bend Police raided the Olive Street Convenience Store located in the 800 block of N. Olive Street.

Ebrahim AImalabeh, the owner of the convenience store, is charged with three felonies for the Unlawful Sale of a Legend Drug.

The investigation remains active.

Bond is set at $7500. 
If convicted, he could face up to nine years behind bars.

Almalabeh will be arraigned Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
