Oliver Plow Works redevelopment comes to a close

Friday, the city of South Bend will dedicate the Oliver Memorial Plaza and James Oliver sculpture.
Installation of the sculpture began on Monday and will be complete just in time for the ceremony at 11 a.m., Saturday.
The project is the culmination of several years of planning, redevelopment, and new investment at the former Oliver Plow Works.
