After closure in 2020, YMCA reopens in downtown
BUCHANAN, Mich. – One man is dead after a crash near Orchard Hills Country Club Saturday afternoon.
Berrien County Dispatch confirmed the fatal crash came in at 5:30 p.m.
David Bross Jr., 24, allegedly lost control of his vehicle after a police chase.
According to Berrien County officials, Bross hit a tree which caused signigicant damage to his car.
When officials arrived, he was unresponsive at the scene and was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Bross was declared dead at the hospital.
Officials believe alcohol may have been a factor in this accident.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
