One injured in crash at Marcellus Highway, Decatur Road

CASS COUNTY, Mich. - One person was injured in a crash at the intersection of Marcellus Highway and Decatur Road Friday afternoon, according to the Cass County Sheriff's Office.

At 4:20 p.m., a work van was traveling west on Marcellus when it was struck by a Suburban that did not yield when turning south onto Decatur, according to reports.

The work van was pushed into an Altima that was stopped at the stop sign on Decatur, reports said.

A 16-year-old passenger in the Suburban was evaluated on scene and taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
